Tandem Physical Therapy was co-founded in 2018. Before opening Tandem, Lauren Manna had spent around six years working in a traditional physical therapy clinic, where she began to notice a shift from quality care toward quantity. The focus increasingly became productivity standards and how many patients could be seen, rather than giving each patient the time and attention they deserved.
