Announcing Our Newest Class In September

We are SUPER EXCITED to announce our newest Pop-Up Class –> Pilates “Bootcamp” which will be added to our rotation of Pop-Up Classes this month! 

You have been asking (some, demanding) for a Saturday Pilates class and now we’re bringing it (with some added fire power). We’re combining THREE classes into one Saturday morning “Bootcamp” that you won’t want to miss out on. That’s right, THREE classes with THREE of your favorite instructors (Mary, Loan, AND Lauren) all coming together on a Saturday morning to give you all the belly laughs, sweat beads, and energy you would expect.

Here’s how it will work…

Class format will be two groups of four people – GROUP A will start with a 45-minute session on the reformer while GROUP B does 45-minutes of mat Pilates. After the first 45 minutes, both groups will switch and at the end of 90 total minutes, we’ll all meet back on the mat for a 30-minute restorative stretching and breathwork session led by Lauren. We’ll wrap up the morning with pastries, bagels, and a mimosa toast to celebrate all your hard work! How does that sound? 😊

If you’re interested, you can book online and select “Pilates Bootcamp” on the calendar. The fee is $75 per person, and class is limited to ONLY 8 PEOPLE so please, please, reserve your spot ASAP as we have already gotten a lot of interest and expect to fill up very quickly. Otherwise, give us a call at (504) 407-3477 and we’ll get you added to the class. If seats fill, you will be put onto a waitlist, and we will notify you on upcoming pop-up classes!
